How to install the filter element?
1. Wash the filter jug and filter element repeatedly with running water, soak the filter element for 2 hours or more, and shake gently 10-15 times to remove the air inside the filter element so that the material inside the filter element can fully absorb water.
2. Install the filter element into the slot and press it firmly to confirm the seal.
3. Open the water injection port cover, inject tap water for filtration, repeat 3 times to fully activate the filter element.
4. Re-inject cold water and wait for 3-4 minutes. After the filtration is completed, you can enjoy the purified water.
How often does the filter need to be replaced?
It is recommended to replace the filter element regularly based on water quality and frequency of use, usually around 2 months.
What water sources are filter kettles suitable for?
Filter kettles are suitable for tap water, well water, and other common household water sources. However, for highly polluted water sources, it is recommended to use professional water purification equipment.
Can I use a filtered water bottle for outdoor activities?

Can I put my filtered kettle in the dishwasher?
Not recommended for dishwasher cleaning. It is recommended to hand wash the filter element and kettle.
Can a filter kettle filter seawater?
Our filter kettle is not suitable for filtering sea water. To treat seawater, professional seawater filtration equipment is required.
What are the precautions for using a filtered kettle?
1. When using the filter element for the first time, it needs to be soaked in cold water for more than 2 hours. The fiber can fully absorb water and the filtering effect will be better.
2. Do not use the purified water in the kettle before all the raw water has been filtered in the kettle to avoid the raw water being poured out together.
3. Please use the filtered water as soon as possible to avoid leaving it for too long and affecting the filtration effect.
