Return validity period:
In order to protect your rights and interests, we have set the return validity period to 14 natural days. The return validity period starts from the day you receive the item.
Items that have exceeded the return validity period will not be accepted for return.

The filter jug must be in undamaged condition.
Filter pitchers must contain all original accessories and packaging.

Send an email to [email protected] to contact Jason Michaels to apply for a return, explain the reason for the return and provide the order number, and we will process it for you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for our reply.
After successfully requesting a return, send the filtered water bottle to 1811 E Apache Blvd, Tempe, Arizona, 85281, with the addressee being Jason Michaels.
Packaging the product: Pack the filtered water bottle properly in the original box and return it with the completed return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).
Once shipped, please email your order number and courier information to [email protected].
Once we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $6 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
Return shipping costs:
If you choose to return the product due to quality or transportation issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Exchange freight
If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.
